Our service team led by Brad Andrews takes great pride in our workmanship. And our overriding priority is your satisfaction.

Our service department opening hours are

Hours:
Mon- Fri 7.30am - 5.30pm

Note: We are temporarily closed on Saturdays. However, we may still be able to arrange an alternative, like utilising our vehicle pickup service. Call one of our professional Service Advisors on 8383 8888.

We provide a shuttle bus service which leaves our service department at 8:15am and has five drop-off locations:

STOP 1 - outside County Court House
(Lonsdale St)
STOP 2 - outside ANZ bank
(Cnr Collins & Queen St)
STOP 3 - outside Scott's Church Fountain
(Cnr Collins St)
STOP 4 - outside Marriot Hotel
(Exhibition St)
STOP 5 - Melbourne central-loading bay
(La Trobe St)

Pick up in the afternoons is as follows:

STOP 1 - 4:20pm
STOP 2 - 4:25pm
STOP 3 - 4:35pm
STOP 4 - 4:40pm
STOP 5 - 4:50pm

There are other transport alternatives for early vehicle drop off's if you are in a rush.

We can arrange a TAXI or you could hop on the number 57 tram on Abbotsford St, North Melbourne, which is a few minutes walk from our service department and can take you into the city.
